The hotel rooms were very spacious and relaxing, although we encountered an awful smell on the first day. The staff was always obliging, friendly, and helpful, even in unexpected situations. The location was excellent, especially for those visiting Western Springs park, despite some evening cigarette smoke. The dining experience was a bit lacking in variety and quality. Overall, a decent stay with minor inconveniences.
